Nice to meet you, I'm Tatianeh Reis.

I mentor women leaders and executives who want to grow professionally by building leadership that is more confident, strategic, and true to their own personality.

Throughout my journey, I've worked with extraordinarily capable women facing the same challenge: they knew so much, delivered results, yet still couldn't fully trust their own capacity to occupy bigger roles.

It was by observing this pattern that I developed a methodology focused on strengthening self-confidence, positioning, and leadership — respecting each woman's personality. Because I believe professional growth doesn't require you to become someone else.

It requires learning to lead by becoming, more and more, yourself.

Women who decided to claim the space that was always theirs.

The mentoring helped me see blocks I had carried for years. Today I can position myself with far more confidence and strategy.

I led a highly complex presentation for the international board and, for the first time, I was less worried about my performance and more confident — and satisfied — with the quality of my delivery.

After the mentoring, I grew within the company and, for the first time, felt I was truly prepared for that position.

I learned that leadership isn't about copying others. It's about developing the best version of my own leadership.

I believe that results without grounding become collapse.

That's why companies and leaders come to me. I work at the blind spot of executive development: in how professionals decide, lead, and operate under pressure.

For over a decade, I have united the rigor of science with the depth of human behavior.

Personality analysis

Specialist in identifying and analyzing personality patterns applied to leadership and professional growth.

Professionals come to me when

  • They already deliver results, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear about their next career move.
  • They know they need to position themselves more firmly, decide faster, or sustain a new level of responsibility — but something freezes inside.
  • They want to keep growing consistently, without the price being exhaustion.

Companies hire me when

  • They promote well, but leadership loses consistency along the way.
  • Key positions over-centralize and stall the team's growth.
  • Leaders fail to bring out the best in the people around them.
  • Communication between departments, teams, and the board creates noise, misalignment, and slow decisions.
  • The board needs to decide better — and decide together.

What I believe

I believe the future of work will demand more than technical competence. It will demand humanity.

Human beings capable of sustaining pressure, complexity, hard decisions, and professional relationships without emotionally collapsing in the process.

That is why my work is not to sustain performance at any cost, but to develop leaders, teams, and professionals who are emotionally aware, psychologically grounded, and able to grow strategically without losing clarity, humanity, and consistency over time.

Because I believe that at the center of every professional performance, there is a human being trying to sustain their own existence.

And it is with that human being that I work.

The next step of your leadership starts with a conversation.

Clarity about where you are and where you can go.
